Get Rewards for Healthy Choices
Taking care of your health can be rewarding in more ways than one. As a TRS-Care Medicare Advantage participant, you can earn rewards for completing simple, health‑related activities that support preventive care and help you get more value from your plan.
The program is designed to support you throughout your health journey by encouraging actions that matter most — like scheduling your annual physical or wellness visit, completing recommended health screenings, or staying active. Each healthy choice adds up, and the more eligible activities you complete and report, the more rewards you can earn.
Getting started is easy. Once you complete an eligible activity, simply report it through your member website, the UnitedHealthcare® app, or by calling Customer Service. After your first reward is earned, you’ll receive the reward on your UnitedHealthcare UCard. Additional rewards are typically loaded within 24 hours after reporting, making it simple to track and use what you’ve earned.
You have lots of ways to spend your rewards, too. Earned rewards can be used in‑store or online at many retailers nationwide for eligible items like groceries, clothing, gifts and more. Reward dollars don’t expire, giving you flexibility to spend them when it works best for you.
