Investment Operations
TRS’ Investment Operations team serves TRS' entire Investment Management Division (IMD). We effectively balance and coordinate a sustainable & scalable way for how our people, processes, data, and technology mesh across the division and therefore enhance the IMD's investment decisions and business services. The Investment Operations team is engaged in the entire investments process from investment decision to investment book and back to investment decision. In short, no money moves without Investment Operations’ oversight.

Proxy Voting
TRS uses proxy voting to help protect and enhance the long-term value of the investment portfolio. The TRS Board of Trustees approved the TRS Proxy Voting Policy to provide guidance for voting decisions.
You can search proxy voting results by company name or meeting date using the online search tool. Results are available for the current year and the previous six years.
Policies
Strong governance supports strong investment operations. The Investment Management Division maintains policies that provide guidance for key operational activities and help promote transparency, accountability and consistent decision-making. These policies support prudent management of the TRS pension fund and the effective delivery of investment services.
