PAVES Issues Intake Form

Please complete the form below if you are having issues accessing the TRS Procurement and Vendor E-System (PAVES). The PAVES Issues Intake Form should be used for items such as log-in issues, invoice creation, submitting bids or proposals, or accessing contracts or PO's. This form should not be completed to obtain payment or contract execution status.
