Many plans promote a "concierge service." With TRS-ActiveCare, you get Personal Health Guides (PHGs) who are 24/7 customer service representatives that do everything from schedule appointments to answer billing questions - all at no additional cost or necessity.

District Ambassadors (DAs) are your customized district support. These are professionals who live and breathe TRS-ActiveCare - and the same Texas air as you. Each lives in or near the area they serve. There are two types of DAs:
- Medical DAs from Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas
- Rx DAs from Express Scripts
Both types provide custom support through district data insight, cost-savings suggestions, wellness presentations, and direct connections to TRS-ActiveCare leadership.
