- If one child is continuing coverage, then the child is the COBRA applicant. The COBRA Child rate applies.
- If multiple children are continuing coverage, each child will be covered on his/her own as a COBRA applicant. The COBRA Child rate applies.
- If a spouse is continuing coverage, the spouse is the COBRA applicant. The COBRA Spouse rate applies, depending on applicant's Medicare status.
